    Does my order have Tracking Information available?

    On dispatch you will be sent an email to let you know your order is now en route, this will include any tracking information where relevant. Please remember to check your junk inbox!

    Items sent via AirMail or Standard First Class cannot be tracked unfortunately, but should arrive safely and quickly.

    Have you received my Personalisation Information?

    If you entered your Personalisation either within the custom field or in the 'Note To Buyer' box we will have received this - if your order is received without sufficient information or the information provided is not suitable we will be in contact via Etsy Message or Email, so we recommend turning on message notifications to avoid any potential delays to dispatch.

    Can I change my Personalisation Information?

    Once your order has been placed it may be possible to alter your Personalisation Information as long as the item has not yet been printed.

    With turnaround times set at a standard of 1 business day you will need to be quick, so we recommend sending a message ASAP to let us know of any urgent changes!

    How long will my order take to arrive?

    As the seller we can promise and fulfill a dispatch date however transit fulfillment is entirely in the hand of the carrier.

    Transit for orders to the UK is typically a next-day service however at peak postal periods (such as Christmas) please do allow additional time when ordering.

    Shipments to the US via AirMail have been known to arrive in as little as 5 days but can take up to 21 days.

    If you require the order to be delivered to a deadline please get in touch to discuss express postage options!

    My order arrived late!

    Oh no! We're sorry we missed your big event, please get in touch and we'll see what we can do to help out.

    Please do keep in mind that if our fulfillment times have been met the delivery slot is in the hands of the carrier and we will not be able to offer a refund on a custom product simply because the estimated delivery slot has been missed.

    How can I order multiple gift boxes to different addresses?

    Please place a single order providing us with an accurate billing address and contact email address and leave a 'Note To Seller' when prompted at checkout requesting multiple shipping addresses.

    We will then make contact with you to request a list of all delivery addresses prior to personalising and shipping your order!

    Can I send a gift box directly to the recipient?

    In short, yes! Please ensure the delivery address used on checkout is that of the recipient and we will do the rest, ensuring no invoices are shipped with our gift boxes so the surprise isn't given away.

    I put the wrong delivery address, can I change this?

    Once your order has been placed it may be possible to alter the delivery address as long as it hasn't already been shipped!
